Reinventing Paris! The agency is one of the laureates, for the project Hôtel de Coulanges 75004 Paris

The Hôtel de Coulanges, a magnificent mansion built in the 17th and 18th centuries, is located rue des Francs Bourgeois, in the heart of the historic and lively Marais district. It was the youth residence of the Marquise de Sevigne, a famous 17th century letter woman. With more than 2,000 m², this piece of Paris built heritage offers exceptional potential in the heart of a district that combines history and dynamism. Listed as a historic monument in 1961 (facades and roofs, stairs and ramp, courtyard), the Hotel de Coulanges will be restored and converted into Hub of Creation (Fashion, Creation & Design).
